Currently in Los Angeles have a teeny tiny programming biz, thinking about expanding it to Russian City with at least 1 million population - do you think Omsk is good for it?? if not, then my apologies and i will find a different city, but if yes, then please let me know if you can help finding a place to live/locate/stay except hotels or expensive digs - we have plenty of that type of crap here in Hollywood so i know for sure what makes sense and what not - secondly if you need a professional U ...
